The RYA Radar course is intended to familiarize students with the use of radar on typical small boats (yachts, motor cruisers). The course is held in our classrooms at the V&A Waterfront.

During this course you will learn how the radar set works, how it’s adjustments and features affect the way it works, types of radar display, radar plotting and the use of radar in navigation and collision avoidance.
