“We are very passionate of the high conversion rate of our students who come through our establishment: receiving our training and then landing a full time position within 6 weeks of completing their qualifications with us. Statistically we are way over 90% and we are very proud of that.”

“In 2022 alone, 1024 new vessels were in the market being built by the various shipyards. There are 186 shipyards that are building Superyachts around the world. Last year there were 40 144m of new boats being built… So, If you put the boats from end-to-toe from Cape Town, you’d get to Stellenbosch.”

“Everyone of these new boats needs a captain, a deckhand, a chef, a stewardess. There was a crew shortage of 3000 crew last year.”
