What Does a
Superyacht Stewardess Do?
Stewards and Stewardesses create the guest experience on board. That means anticipating needs, serving food and drinks, presenting cabins and public spaces to an exceptional standard, managing laundry and inventory, and keeping the interior running quietly and flawlessly.
It’s hospitality at its highest level, in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations. With experience, it can lead to Chief Stewardess, Purser and Interior Management roles.
Are our Stewardess Pathways Right for You?
Our pathways will suit you, if you:
- Take pride in the details others miss
- Enjoy looking after people
- Are calm, organised and adaptable
- Want to travel and build a career at the same time
- Have hospitality experience you’d like to take further, or none at all
No previous yachting experience is needed.
Instead of learning on the fly and hoping for the best, get structured, practical training that makes you feel prepared, confident and worth more on board.
