Course Overview

This course is an advanced course in Bartending and Mixology and follows on from the 2-day introduction course. Students completing the course can apply to work in top bars and hotels as well as private position and in the superyacht industry.

The course is designed to provide all the theoretical and practical training for you to succeed as a top Bartender or Mixologist.

The course covers managing and using the equipment, classic cocktail mixing,
experimental mixing, molecular gastronomy, bar management and practical
applications of the theoretical content. On completion of this course, students are
required to complete a 2-week apprentice training programme to qualify.
